Social activities are a unique way of engaging. Engagement in social activities is a common way of promoting physical health in people. Revitalise Minds has gone a notch higher to use social activities to engage individuals who are struggling with their mental health. These social activities are designed and delivered in a customized, person-centered way on a one-to one basis for those with mental health issues. Our social activities are designed for the sole purpose of improving the mental health and wellbeing of an individual.
Individuals who do not have mental health issues but would love to take care of their mental health and wellbeing benefit from a variety of our activities too. We plan workshops for different groups and use appropriate social activities relevant to the team and individual interests.
